Daniel B., din Ploiesti, a apelat la un imprumut la o casa de ajutor reciproc (CAR). Dobanda parea mica: 8%. Dar aceasta era calculata ca un comision si retinuta din suma imprumutata in momentul acordarii creditului. Mai precis, pentru suma de 1.000 de lei noi, Daniel B. a lasat la CAR, ca dobanda, 80 de lei noi.<\/p>\n

Aceasta inseamna ca el a platit o dobanda anuala efectiva (DAE) – cel mai relevant indicator in ceea ce priveste costul unui imprumut -, de peste 17%. Aceasta, daca vom compara imprumutul luat de la CAR cu cel luat de la o institutie de credit.<\/p>\n

Cinci tipuri de dobanzi<\/p>\n

Daniel B. a achitat o dobanda-comision. Pentru a afisa pretul banilor – dobanda – in cazul imprumuturilor pentru nevoi personale, institutiile de credit au gasit inca alte patru metode inedite.<\/p>\n

Asa ca, pentru a putea face o comparatie intre oferte, cei care vor un credit trebuie sa deschida bine ochii si sa vada ce se ascunde in spatele dobanzii scoase in fata pentru a afla cat este dobanda anuala efectiva. In mod traditional, este prezentata valoarea anuala a dobanzii, iar aceasta este calculata ca procent din suma care trebuie returnata institutiei in plus fata de imprumut.<\/p>\n

Daca Daniel B. s-ar fi imprumutat de la o banca, ar fi dat peste dobanzi nominale – fixe sau variabile -, de exemplu 10%. Pe langa acestea, institutiile financiare sunt obligate de legislatia in vigoare sa prezinte si valoarea DAE, cea de-a doua dobanda, tot procentuala, cu care au de-a face clientii.<\/p>\n

Institutiile prefera sa perceapa insa o serie de comisioane anuale care nu sunt luate in calcul in momentul in care se calculeaza DAE. In consecinta, costul creditului prezentat clientilor pare mai mic decat cel real.<\/p>\n

Pretul creditului: valoarea in lei<\/p>\n

Restul pietei imprumuturilor mai aduce insa doua tipuri de dobanzi. Una dintre acestea este cea prezentata ca suma fixa. Este vorba despre Provident Financial, care acorda, de exemplu, un imprumut de 1.000 de lei, ce urmeaza sa fie achitat in 39 de saptamani. Pretul acestui credit este de 670 de lei noi.<\/p>\n

Clientii sunt informati ca in pret intra costul de deservire, cel de administrare, o marja de risc, deoarece nu toate imprumuturile sunt si achitate, respectiv o \u201edobanda aferenta\u201d. Daca se transforma toate cele enumerate in dobanda vedem ca valoarea nominala este de circa 140%, valoarea DAE ajungand la circa 275%.<\/p>\n

Cifra mica, costuri uriase<\/p>\n

Ultimul tip de dobanda este cel perceput de casele de amanet: dobanda zilnica. Chiar daca valoarea dobanzii prezentate clientilor este mica – de 0,9% -, de obicei, din cauza faptului ca aceasta se aplica in fiecare zi, se ajunge la valori uriase. Dobanda anuala ajunge la aproape 330%.<\/p>\n

Spre deosebire de banci, casele de amanet ofera imprumuturi pe perioade foarte scurte, intre cinci zile si o luna, nu-i intreaba pe clienti de venituri, acceptand insa gaj bunuri mobile. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
