\u201cAtentie la neatentie cand bancile reduc agresiv dobanda\u201d, avertizeaza astazi Cotidianul, vorbind despre \u201cteapa dobanzilor mici, dar variabile\u201d. Produsele cu astfel de dobanzi reduse sunt foarte atractive la lansare, insa \u201cvariabilitatea dobanzilor si comisioanelor inscrisa ca atare in contract poate insa sa anuleze in scurt timp avantajul competitiv de moment\u201d, scrie publicatia.<\/p>\n

In aceste conditii, \u201cnivelul dobanzii, in termeni nominali, nu mai poate fi considerat (…) un argument forte pentru alegerea unui produs bancar\u201d, noteaza Cotidianul. \u201cDimpotriva chiar\u201d, adauga publicatia, \u201cun nivel scazut al dobanzii, in conditiile in care in momentul de fata lipsesc orice fel de obligatii de transparenta in creditarea si informarea clientelei (cu exceptia afisarii unei dobanzi anuale efective la creditele de consum), trebuie privit cu maxima suspiciune\u201d. Despre acest DAE, Cotidianul scrie ca este un indicator \u201ccu un termen de garantie extrem de scurt, pentru ca nimic nu impiedica banca sa modifice dobanda si\/sau comisioanele aferente din chiar a doua zi de dupa semnarea contractuluide creditare\u201d.<\/p>\n

Pentru a evita surprize in ceea ce priveste costul creditului, Cotidianul recomanda evitarea \u201ccriteriilor vagi\u201d de variabilitate a dobandii unui imprumut. \u201cEvolutia costurilor de refinantare, situatia din piata, normele interne ale bancii, iata cateva sintagme de care trebuie sa va feriti la modul cel mai serios daca le intalniti printre conditiile de variabilitate a dobanzilor\u201d, conchide Cotidianul.<\/p>\n

In Gardianul, \u201cAnalistii spun ca, de anul viitor, bancile vor fi obligate sa scada dobanzile\u201d. Motivul este scaderea inflatiei. Potrivit analistului Liviu Voinea, presedinte al Grupului de Economie Aplicata, rata dobanzilor la credite ar trebui sa fie cu cel un procent peste inflatie. \u201cDaca Romania va avea la anul viitor de 4%, dobanda la creditare va trebui sa fie de maximum 5%\u201d, apreciaza Voinea. In opinia lui Ionut Patrahau, director general-adjunct la Banca Transilvania, clientii care au deja contractat un credit \u201cvor apela la alte banci si vor lua credite mai ieftine pentru a le plati pe cele vechim cu dobanda mult mai mare\u201d.<\/p>\n

Liviu Bunea dezvaluie in Gardianul ca tocmai a contractat un credit imobiliar de la o banca din Europa, cu dobanda de 3%, iar totul s-a petrecut on-line, inclusiv aspectele notariale. \u201cRomanii trebuie sa fie mai informati despre creditele oferite de bancile din strainatate care sunt mult mai avantajoase decat la noi\u201d, recomanda Liviu Voinea.<\/p>\n

Presedintele Grupului de Economie Aplicata atrage atentia asupra unui aspect ce caracterizeaza piata creditului din Romania. \u201cProblema mare este faptul ca bancile se inteleg intre ele ca dupa cateva luni de la creditare sa mareasca comisioanele sau dobanzile\u201d, declara in Gardianul Liviu Voinea.
