Oficialii BCE au decis scumpirea euro, la finele saptamanii trecute, de teama ca nivelul ridicat al cresterii economice din acest an din statele UE va supraincalzi economia europeana, generand inflatie. Nivelul actual al dobanzii de interventie a BCE a ajuns la 3,25%, fiind cel mai ridicat din ultimii patru ani, in pofida incetinirii cresterii preturilor.<\/p>\n

Decizia BCE va avea consecinte neplacute si asupra romanilor care au luat imprumuturi bancare in euro.

\nAcestia, vor plati lunar mai mult cu zeci de mii de lei sau chiar sute de mii – in functie de suma contractata – daca in contractele de credit e stipulat ca dobanda e legata de Euribor. Explicatia acestei scumpiri e simpla: majoritatea bancilor romanesti se imprumuta la randul lor de pe piata internationala pentru a putea acorda credite, astfel ca o scumpire a creditului european se va regasi si in costul cu care bancile imprumuta romanii. Bancherii autohtoni spun ca dobanzile la euro nu se vor opri la acest nivel, putandu-ne astepta ca ele sa creasca si mai mult. „Nu excludem o crestere a dobanzii BCE si in 2007, in functie de evolutia indicatorilor macroeconomici si a presiunilor inflationiste interne si externe UE”, e de parere Lucian Anghel, director executiv adjunct al Directiei Trezorerie din cadrul BCR. El mai spune ca bancile vor translata cu certitudine suplimentarea costurilor asupra clientilor. „Evolutiile indicilor monetari precum EURIBOR\/LIBOR se rasfrang direct asupra costului creditelor in valuta cu dobanda variabila in intreaga lume. Aceasta majorare a dobanzii de catre BCE va determina cresterea costului finantarii in euro al bancilor si implicit o translatare a acesteia catre dobanzile pentru creditele in euro de care beneficiaza clientii acestora”, a mai precizat Anghel.<\/p>\n

�Alti analisti spun insa ca bancherii ar putea sa pastreze actualele dobanzi, renuntand la marjele lor de profit, cresterea dobanzii de catre BCE fiind aproape nesemnificativa – de numai 0,25 la suta. „In mod normal, o asemenea crestere se poate usor resorbi fara a fi trecuta pe seama clientilor. Dar asta ar insemna ca bancile sa renunte la marjele lor de profit, ceea ce nu veti vedea foarte curand in Romania. Cat timp cererea e ridicata, bancile nu vor renunta la banii frumosi pe care-i pot face aici”, e de parere un analist financiar. De altfel, pe langa costul mai mare dat de majorarea dobanzilor internationale, poate interveni mai des si un cost legat de fluctuatiile de curs. Deocamdata, diferentialul de dobanda dintre creditele in valuta si cele in moneda autohtona ramane semnificativ, chiar daca tendinta de ingustare este evidenta, din cauza scumpirii finantarilor in euro si dolar si ieftinirii celor in lei. Reamintim ca Euribor (Euro Interbank Offered Rate) reprezinta dobanda pentru depozitele la termen, plasate in moneda unica europeana pe piata interbancara, nivelul lui fiind calculat de catre FBE (The European Banking Federation) si ACI (The Financial Market Association).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
