Diferenta fata de alte credite este aceea ca se acorda la pachet cu un credit de nevoi personale, bani ce pot fi folositi apoi pentru acoperirea unei parti date ca avans. Asadar, impreuna cu creditul suplimentar, finantarea nevoilor legate de o casa ajunge la 95%.<\/p>\n

Alte banci acorda separat de creditul imobiliar inca un credit, de nevoi personale, bani utilizati de obicei tocmai pentru a rambursa acel avans obligatoriu, bani pe care solicitantul creditului imobiliar a trebuit fie sa-i depuna la banca fie sa faca dovada platii lor catre vanzatorul locuintei.<\/p>\n
